Are my results kept confidential?
Absolutely. We respect your privacy and will always maintain confidentiality.
You are the only one who receives the results unless you specifically direct us otherwise. Not even your insurance company will obtain results from LabSafe and/or it's associates unless you direct us to do so. For more information about we protect your privacy, visit our privacy policy page.
Please note that for HIV testing, some state's laws require that a postive result be reported. However, LabSafe will take extraordinary steps to keep your name and other identifying information (such as date of birth, gender, etc.) out of that report. This is our mission, our goal, and our promise to you.
